About

Welcome to Sukanksha charitable trust

Sukanksha charitable trust was initiated in July 2013 and is a registered trust. Initially some of the board directors were involved in activities such as rescue of children from difficult family situation, domestic violence and alcohol abuse. In the later stages we found both children and aged persons who are vulnerable to such conflicting family situations are looking out for a emotionally secured place...

Vision and Mission

VISION

To create a compassionate and inclusive society where every abandoned child, orphan, and elderly individual is provided with love, care, and the opportunity to live a life of dignity and fulfillment.

MISSION

Our mission is to provide safe shelter, nutritious food, educational support, and emotional care to abandoned children, orphans, and senior citizens. We aim to empower children with skills for a brighter future while ensuring that the elderly live their remaining years with respect and care.

Problem statement

In India, a large number of children are abandoned or orphaned, while many elderly individuals are left without support. These individuals lack access to basic necessities, including food, shelter, and education, and are often marginalized in society. The Sukanksha Charitable Trust seeks to address these critical gaps, providing a nurturing environment for these vulnerable groups.
